For the vents I had covered both pieces of cardboard completely and then cut the shape of vents in with the pencil marks I made on the back of the cardboard. That way the vents look cleaner than just taping around them.
The final result includes the hot water fountain and the regular drinking water fountain.Materials used: Cardboard and duct tape
